A unique Star Code will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your Star code value will be equal to the number of qualifying products in this order. What are my delivery options and when will my order be sent?
Our delivery rates table below outlines our estimated delivery times and costs for the locations. However, delivery times may vary significantly from indicated times. Some locations may require higher delivery charges, and some services such as overnight delivery may not be available in all locations.

Starbucks Store offers two levels of delivery service to most destinations:

+ Arrival time for delivery to certain locations may vary. Some postal codes and other locations may not be eligible for expedited or overnight deliveries. Some postal codes in certain locations may also require extra delivery time.

1Not available to certain remote locations. If you need overnight delivery to these locations, please call our Customer Service Team at 0808 23 40 684 as soon as possible so that we may determine if we can do a special overnight delivery for you. Costs for such special services may fall outside of and may be much higher than the pricing grid outlined below.

How are my delivery charges calculated?
Delivery charges are typically flat rate based on the value of your order and the delivery option you select. For certain products, delivery charges may be calculated based on the destination and weight and/or dimensions of your order. Please refer to the rate chart below for detailed delivery rates.

Rates are as follows and are subject to change without notice:

STANDARD: £4.95 (free delivery for your order when the subtotal is £50 or more)
EXPRESS: £14.95

To ensure that your packages are delivered in the most efficient manner, we use several carriers to deliver our products. We take into account the weight of the packages and their destination when selecting the best carrier to use. Occasionally, we may upgrade your delivery method at no additional cost to you.
