My Starbucks Rewards

Earn Stars at participating Starbucks® stores and online at with purchases of At-Home coffee products such as packaged coffee, Starbucks VIA® Ready Brew, K-cup® packs and Verismo™ pods. customers can receive a maximum of 10 Stars per order. A unique Star Code will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Your Star code value will be equal to the number of qualifying products in this order. Star Codes expire six months after your order is shipped.

Enter the code at, sign in or sign up, and you're on your way to My Starbucks Rewards™ benefits like free food or free drinks at participating Starbucks® stores. Some restrictions apply. Visit for programme details.

Also, My Starbucks Rewards™ members get a Star for each purchase made with a registered Starbucks® Card.

Returns & Exchanges

We appreciate your business and we want you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price within thirty (30) days of purchase. Exchanges are processed as a refund of the original purchase price, and you must place a new order for a replacement product. Any gift item shipped to you from Starbucks Store may be returned. However, funds will be returned to the purchaser. Returns for orders originally purchased with a Starbucks Card will be refunded in the form of a new Starbucks Card. Often it can take 1-2 days for funds to be returned to the original form of payment.

How do I return a package?
Fill out and include a Return Form in a package with all items you wish to return. If you are re-using the package you received, please remove the old shipping label from the package or make sure that it is covered. Send the package to the address listed below (Starbucks will not pay for the return shipping charges).
