Starbucks Store Subscription Program – Terms of Use

Terms of Use
Welcome to the terms of use (“Terms”) for our Subscription Recurring Delivery Programme (“Programme”). These Terms are between you and (“Starbucks” or “Us”) and govern our respective rights and obligations. The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Starbucks related to the Programme. Please note that your use of the website is also governed by our general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations and requirements on the website, all of which (as changed from time to time) are incorporated into these Terms. If you place an order through this Programme, you accept these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. Please read these Terms carefully.

What is a Subscription?
You can sign up for recurring deliveries of select products. You schedule the frequency of your orders (options include weekly or up to 8 week intervals) and we will send them automatically. You will only be charged for each order when the item is sent. The amount charged will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is sent, plus any applicable sales tax and delivery costs.


You can set up your orders to include any Programme products or combination of Programme products. You do not have to select the same products for each subscription delivery.

Eligible Purchases.
Selected items offered by are eligible for the Programme. Typically we allow all our coffees, teas and other consumables to be eligible for subscription delivery. Certain limited time only products such as Starbucks® Reserve and our Traditions coffees are not eligible for subscription delivery because those items are for limited time only. Other items such as Equipment and Starbucks Card are also not eligible for subscription delivery.

You must have a account in order to purchase items through the Programme. We reserve the right to accept or refuse subscription orders at our discretion. Your subscription is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription to any third party.

If any problems arise with the delivery address or payment method associated with your subscription order, we will notify you via email using the address associated with your subscription asking that you resolve the problem and reactivate your subscription. Your subscription may be placed on hold and no additional orders will be processed or sent until the problem has been resolved and the subscription has been reactivated.

If any Programme item is not available on the day it is scheduled to be sent, we will notify you of the delay and will attempt to fulfill the order as soon as possible for a two (2) week period. If the item does not become available during that time, we will notify you that the order has been cancelled and we will attempt to send the next shipment on schedule.

If any Programme item is no longer available, we will automatically deactivate your subscription for that item and no additional orders associated with that subscription will be placed. We will notify you should this occur. If you would like a replacement item, you will need to create a new subscription order for that item.

You must register and pay with one of our accepted credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Maestro, or AMEX. Starbucks Cards cannot be used to pay for subscription orders.

The total cost charged to your credit card for each Programme order will be the cost of the item on the day the order is sent, plus any applicable tax and delivery costs.

The charge for each delivery will be billed to the credit card used to create your subscription order. If the credit card associated with your subscription account becomes invalid at any time during the subscription period or if the charge is otherwise rejected, we will send you an email notifying you that your form of payment failed. Your subscription will be placed on hold until you update the payment information associated with your account. Your subscription will remain on hold and no additional orders will be processed or sent until the information is updated and you reactivate your subscription.

Managing your Account
You can set your subscription order for one cycle or multiple cycles. You can also “pause” your subscription for a limited time.

We typically send all our subscription deliveries on Tuesdays, so you can make changes to your order until midnight Central EuropeanTime the Monday before your next delivery is scheduled to be sent.

Agreement Changes
We may in our discretion change these Terms without notice to you.

Termination by Us
We may terminate your subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been sent to you.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Starbucks and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive or consequential damages, or any other damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of income, profits, goodwill, data, contracts, use of money, or loss or damage arising from or connected in any way to business interruption, whether in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use or the Program, the content or the materials contained in or accessed through or the Program, including without limitation any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by a user on any information obtained from Starbucks, or that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to Starbucks' records, programs or services. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Starbucks, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence, whether active, passive or imputed), product liability, strict liability or other theory, arising out of or relating to the use of or inability to use or the Program exceed any compensation you pay, if any, to Starbucks for access to or use of or the Program. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability in contracts with consumers, so some or all of these limitations of liability may not apply to you.
